This is a fully furnished and recently refurbished house on Ashton Street which is within easy walking distance from University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).
There are a total of 5 rooms available for rent. A total of five students share the use of a good sized and fully fitted kitchen. A washing machine is also available for the use of all the tenants. All bills are included. Free WiFi Internet also available.
The House can be let as Girls only or Boys only if required. We would require a group who would be interested.
These are high class finished rooms with brand new IKEA furniture, the location is within 6 minutes walking distance to the University.

En-Suites

Room 1 is a well proportioned en-suite room on the ground floor. Monthly rent for this is £350 
Room 2 is en-suite and is also located on the ground floor. Monthly rent for this is £300
Room 3 is en-suite and is located on the first floor. Monthly rent for this is £325 (This has now been Let)

Normal Rooms

Room 4 is a well proportioned room and is located on the first floor. Monthly rent for this is £250 (This has now been Let)
Room 5 is a large sized room and is located on the first floor. Monthly rent for this is £250 (This has now been Let)

Rooms 4 & 5 share one three piece shower room located adjacent to the rooms. Room 4 & 5 and the shared bathroom is similar to room 3 and contains the similar new Ikea furniture.

All rooms are fully furnished with all the standard student furniture.

We also have further 3 rooms out of 4 available to rent from Sept/October 2019 in the building adjacent to this one. These 4 rooms share one bath room and one kitchen. The rent for these rooms is £250 a month.
