The property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The house is ideal for families who are in the middle of relocating or renovating their home or business groups visiting the local area for work or leisure.

The Property

The property has been modernised to create 3 bedrooms with 5 comfortable single beds with fresh linen.

The living/dining room is cosy and comfortable with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table. There is a modern, newly fitted kitchen fully equipped with all essential appliances including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Care has also been taken to provide all the necessary utensils for you to cook a delicious meal during your stay.

The house features a modern bathroom with a bathtub, (perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city) over the bath electric shower, wash basin and wc.

Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap and toilet rolls) are provided. In addition, for longer stays, a complimentary fortnightly clean is offered.

There is free high-speed wireless Wifi throughout. For your convenience, we have provided an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes drying stand.
