The current tenant, Louise, has lived in the flat nearly 3 years and is subletting, with the landlords permission, whilst she works away on an 8month contract. The sub-let will be at least 6months, with flexibility up to 9months. 

The cat pictured lives next-door, he's very affectionate and well behaved and comes in through the window. If the new tenant like cats that would be a bonus, but if not he can be shooed away.

Louise will be doing viewings herself so can answer any questions. The price is listed without bills, there will be an additional charge of £185 per month for WiFi, electricity, gas and rates.
