The flat is one of ten in the well-maintained Mill Lodge complex. It is  both on a bus route and has dedicated off-street parking.  There is easy access on foot to village facilities including the Post Office, Corner shop, Doctor's surgery, Chemist, the park and churches.

Access
Access is via a communal hall, complete with an intercom system. Secondary access is through a gate from the back garden.

Kitchen
8ft x 9ft 11" fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven, fridge and freezer as well as space for a washing machine.  The floor is tiled and the kitchen is open to the living/dining area.

Living/Dining Room
The living room measures 11ft 11" x 12ft 12" and has been carpetted within the last few weeks.  It has  has a sliding door onto the  patio and garden.

Bedroom
The Bedroom measures 13ft 5" x 9ft 7" with a window onto the garden. It is fully carpetted and presently has 3 full size wardrobes, which can be dismantled and removed if necessary.

Mezzanine
The stairs lead up to a sizable half-level landing, which would easily accomodate a work station for home working.  From there,  three further steps provide access to  a mezzanine room with a view over the living area.  Whilst there is limited head height, there is good light provided by a velux window and the last occupant used the mezzanine as a child's bedroom.

Garden
The garden has a small patio and  requires no maintenance,  as it has a plastic lawn.  It has a fitted washing line and privacy is provided by a panelled fence.

Heating
The flat is generally warm, having been converted in 2004 and is equipped with electric heaters.
