You have your own Aqualisa shower in the bedroom and a wall mounted television, dressing table and fitted cupboards, wardrobes etc.

Located in a quiet cul de sac, short walk to the station. Large garden with both decking and grass areas and plenty of storage in shed and loft also if required.

I'm seeking a lodger who works full time and can be respectful with noise in the evenings (I teach online at home)

Huge Tesco directly opposite, and an abundance of shops, restaurants, pubs and bus stops less than a minute walk away. It's a short drive from Cockfosters Underground too, and very close to the Vet College (1 min walk from shuttle stop).

The lounge area is not shared due to the nature of my work. There is parking available if you need it.

I have a very friendly cat, although she just sleeps in my room, a lot of the time!
