Room in a Shared House, Dugdale Hill Lane, EN6

Room available to move in from 9th March 2024. Station to London 15 mins walk and lots of nearby street parking spots available. I work in London city and it's been a breeze to travel to from here.

Room 2 has been taken and is now unavailable. Room 1 is a very large lovely double room currently available in a 3 bed cosy maisonette. The room offers humongous built in storage space and comes fully furnished. The room will be available from early August 2024.

As shown in the video, my place offers 3 bedrooms in total (only 1 room left for rent), 1 bathroom and kitchen.
Bedroom 1 (AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 2024) - has 2 closets with huge built in storage space, double bed, double wardrobe, chair, desk, bedside table and a set of drawers.
Bedroom 2 (TAKEN) - this is the living room convert so it's a very big room with one double bed, double wardrobe and chair.

Located in a quiet safe suburban part of Potters Bar. One large newly furbished bathroom to share (no bathtub, but huge walk in shower) and newly refurbished kitchen with great storage space to cook plus a little garden space.
15 min walk (tops) to station
25 min train to London!
Would be sharing with a relaxed friendly live in landlord who's a total foodie and also a fellow friendly housemate (very friendly female who works as a nurse). We're pretty easy going, like to have a quick chat whenever we bump into each other but respect everyone's personal space. We typically do our own thing and make sure to be kind and respectful with each other especially when we have guests over, we give each other the headsup to make sure everyones comfortable etc so your private space will definitely be respected :)
Bills and council tax included in rent.
