Cat friendly (possibly dog if the dog accompanies you to work each day) Currently has a chef and care manager in residence. There is either a single or a large double room, we are looking for one person only so unfortunately not suitable for couples or any type of night shift or part time workers including care Industry other than QA Hospital staff.. Also not suitable for home workers or anyone that does not spend the equivalent of working hours away from the property as that is what the bills / rent ratio is calculated on.. Also not suitable non UK nationals without Right to Rent code s, not suitable for students without Gurantor or years rent in advance. Not suitable for benefit claimants who can't make up the weekly shortfall between the max £78 rent the DWP /Council will actually pay and the £144 per actual rent.

The large double room at £600 pcm per month or the single is £525 pcm, these rates are based on a 12-month let to full time workers or students working away from home, shorter let's, part time or home workers will entail higher rent to cover extra services usage and wear and tear . Fibre broadband and large screen TVs in private shared house(shared bathroom so must be very clean please) , Central Portsmouth. Gas central heating, separate guest lounge, kitchen with microwaves, oven, hob, dining area, bean to cup coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer Iron etc and modern bathroom with large bath and shower.. Bills included, including large screen TV, Now via Plusnet High Speed Broadband.. Newly decorated and furnished in a 4-bedroom friendly spotlessly clean house with two adults in total living in plus the occasional guest, so heaps of space compared to most shared houses of this size where often 7 people share.. To suit single people only who will need references including financial and a Right to Rent check code(UK Home Office) so please consider this when applying. These checks are not extremely invasive, just to check basically that you are basically an ok person and, if you are a non-Uk citizen, have the legal right to be in the UK... anything minor that may pop up in the referencing will be ignored by me, it's the bigger picture that's important like will we get on🤔
