Rooms 2 & 3 have an ottoman bed, office chair, bedside cabinet, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Each student has the use of all common areas.

The Kitchen/diner this has a Fridge/Freezer plus another Fridge, Washing machine, electric Oven and Hob, and Microwave.
Each student gets the use of half a fridge plus a drawer in the freezer, and
use of a kitchen unit drawer, a top and bottom cupboard.

The Shower room plus second loo.

The dining/sitting room situated on the first floor.

Each student will be given a soft terry fabric Waterproof mattress proctor at the beginning of their tenancy which they will be expect to use for the duration of the tenancy.
