I'm looking for long term tennants that are settled in their work and location. I am looking for at least two of the tennants to be in full time work or earning over, a combined, £40,000 to ensure they can cover the rent. The property has always been smoke and pet free and it's important to me to keep it this way. Of course I'm looking for the property to be respected through regular cleaning and all bills to be paid on time. The property is for a maximum of three tenants including children.
