The Secret Garden Room is a tranquil studio space with its own courtyard garden. It is close to the beach with easy access to central Brighton, making it easy and convenient to plan your visit.
The spaceThis cosy studio has a single bed and kitchenette (kettle/toaster/microwave/hot plate) and an ensuite shower room. A fold-away desk & chair are available to create a space from which to work. Although this studio is part of the main house it is a completely private space with its own access. It has sole use of the courtyard garden which is surrounded with trees, climbing roses and honeysuckle during spring/summer. There is an outside seating area perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning.
If you are travelling with your pet this is a pet friendly stay. There is a park directly opposite the property for those early morning/late night walks if required.
This is a non-smoking/non-vaping property, please do not smoke inside. You are welcome to smoke in the courtyard garden.
This property is suitable for one person. It is not suitable for couples.
It does not have a washing machine. The local launderette is a 5 minute walk away and also offers a delivery service.
All bills (gas/electricity/council tax/wifi) are inclusive on this listing
