The property is located in a quiet, residential area in the heart of Easton village and is just a two minute walk away from the bus stop and then a short bus ride to the train station. Various local shops are just as close and consistent of a butcher’s, co-op, newsagent, chemist, cafes, flower shop, pubs and takeaways. A larger Tesco’s supermarket and doctors surgery is five minutes walk away. Lovely area for walking and cycling.

The Property

The property makes for the perfect temporary home for a single person or couple. A king size bedroom area is located on an open fronted mezzanine area with drawers and bed included.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor and consists of a large walk in shower with sliding doors and toilet and sink.

The open plan living area is on the ground floor, although compact, it has been cleverly designed and feels comfortable and spacious. A fold down table and stools are included, as well as a double sized sofa bed and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything for basic meals and has, double electric hob, combination microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. 

The unique modern design combined with double glazing and underfloor heating throughout, make this property a truly unique living experience.

Double glazed doors open out onto an enclosed patio area which includes a table and chairs set and a portable barbecue. There is also access to this secluded space via side gate.

Parking 

The property is situated down a narrow lane which is best for small or medium sized cars to access. There is no guaranteed parking space but there room to drop off and unload. If no space is available the car would need to be parked near by on street side free parking.
