The house
Fully furnished 2-bed house available for short-term rental over the winter months - all bills except electricity included in price.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe with views of the valley and out to sea. The second bedroom can be set up as 3 singles or a double and a single and has a large chest of draws. All the rooms share a good sized bathroom with bath/shower unit & toilet - the bathroom has been replaced with a new suite since the photo was taken.

Downstairs, there is a lounge area with a sofa which folds into a double-bed, coffee table, smart TV, and bookshelves. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, pans, cutlery, and crockery you would need. It includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, and a washing machine. 

In front of the house is a large garden area looking over the valley and sea, while there is a back garden with patio and shed - and an outside tap which is useful for washing wetsuits. Free parking is available infront of the house.

Location
The house is located on a clifftop with views across farmland and down to Porthtowan beach - which is an 8 minute walk down a paved path. St Agnes is ~5 minutes drive, while Truro is 15-20mins.

Bills & rental term
The price includes all bills except electricity (the house is all electric with no gas). Wifi is a fast fibre connection which supports remote working, the second bedroom can be rejigged if a tenant wanted to make room for a homeworking setup. 

The house is available for the winter season up to a total stay of 5 months, with a start date anytime in October. All offers considered.
