Services in the room include wireless broadband, freeview TV connection, two double sockets, two USB connections and a separate smoke alarm. The house itself is fitted with fire-safety doors, smoke/heat detectors, etc.

The house is fully furnished with a peaceful decor. There is a large HD TV with DVD surround sound system in the shared lounge. The well-stocked kitchen/utility room has a large fridge/freezer, double oven, gas hob, microwave oven, washing machine & dryer and well stocked with crockery/cutlery/pots etc. There is also a pool/snooker table in the conservatory. Outside, there is a garden and patio with BBQ.

The house is 15 mins by bike (3 miles) from Poole town centre and 10-15 mins by car (6 miles) from Wimborne or Bournemouth. There is a regular bus service into town and also hourly service into Bournemouth via tower park. The house is close to a small fishing lake and is a great place to start running on the heath. It is also 5 minutes walk to a modern Lidl store, or less than 5 minutes by car to Asda or two Tesco stores as you prefer. There is free parking on the drive or in the cul-de-sac plus space for bikes in the garage.

All utility bills including broadband are included. A regular cleaning/service charge may apply (post-covid), whilst everyone cleans as they go. For a couple, the room rate is higher with a separate fridge and a larger cupboard, +£120pcm to cover a higher share of the bills.
