The house has a nice rear garden and is located in a quiet street that is close to local shops and transport links, parking in the street close-by is also usually easily done. 
The house features a comfortable living room with LED TV with Netflix included. The kitchen includes all mod cons, washing machine and tumble dryer. 
A cleaner comes once a month to clean the communal areas. There are currently 2 girls living at the house and we are looking for a third who can fit into the group if possible.
