Hey guys, one of my rooms has come up at my property in Wilton Street. They don't come up very often as the rooms are cheap, of a nice standard, and I never put my rent up, so my tenants don't want to leave!


This room is a nice sized double, upstairs at the back of the house (so no road noise). It's £340 per month (equivalent to £78 per week) and is available immediately. That's one of the cheapest rooms you'll find in Plymouth.


The room is fully furnished with a pine double bed and memory foam mattress, wardrobe and drawers.


The rent includes most bills, including TV licence, water rates, council tax and broadband, the only additional outlay is electric & gas which is on a key and shared between the other housemates. The deposit is only £150.


The kitchen is brand new, with a washing machine and numerous fridge freezers, plus plenty of private cupboard space.


The property has two bathrooms and these are also brand new (installed within last six months).


There is also a communal lounge with satellite TV.


The entire house is double glazed and has full gas central heating with a modern, efficient boiler. There are no parking restrictions on the road, so plenty of free parking. Wifi is included for free and is super fast 250MB/s fibre-optic.


The house is walking distance to town (5 mins), the university (10 mins) and Mutley (15 mins).


Please note, I never rent to undergraduate students or couples. I only rent to working professionals or mature students. I do not live at the property. Large pets (e.g. dogs and cats) are not permitted, although smaller pets are allowed, at landlord's discretion. I prefer to rent to older individuals 23+, and there is no upper age limit.

Please note, this is a no-smoking house. There is a smoking 'den' in the garage in the back garden that you are welcome to use, but smoking is not permitted inside.
