Walking distance to Derriford hospital and Marjons university so no parking fees!!! The property is perfect for temporary hospital professionals.

The room is furnished, cozy and perfect for someone on a short term basis.

The rent is £600 per month. The deposit is 1 months rent (£600) and the agreement is subject to 2 references (work & previous landlord) plus a credit check or guarantor if using the address. You will pay your electric usage each month in arrears.

Bed, drawers and wardrobe. Setee, kitchen unit with microwave, fridge & small hob. Shower room and French doors onto decking with a beautiful view. Located in Family friendly home. 🏡 

This studio will not be suitable for someone with lots of belongings, single occupancy only so no-one is permitted to stay over, if you are looking for a permanent space this isn't suitable. There is no washing machine or cooker but there is a laundry service and a hob and previous tenants used a slow cooker, which worked perfectly.  

Short term let, 3month contract (with the potential to extend).
