Location:

The house is located in a quite area in Milehouse, just five minutes walk from Central Park, The Life Centre, a Wetherspoon and close to Stoke Village and different supermarkets and corner shops.

It is very close to main bus routes including to Derriford and city City Centre, close to Plymouth railway station and has easy access to the A38. The walk to the city centre and the Royal William Yard takes around half an hour.

Lodger:

I am looking for a respectul tidy professional, working full time, ideally over 22 years old, unfortunately no pets and no couples (single occupancy).
