About me (the Landlord)
I'm a live in landlord who resides on the ground floor which is separate to the rest of the house. The entire property is brand new with new windows, kitchen appliances, bathroom fittings, extra soft carpets in bedrooms with all bills included.

10 minutes walk to Perivale Station (Central Line). Tesco superstore 5 mins walk, small grocery shops, pharmacy & nhs clinic 10 min walk. If you drive, it's an excellent location to take any of the available motorways. Parking is on street which is easy to find every day.

Broadband is fiber optic unlimited ultra fast with amplifiers on every floor of the house, meaning you have great connection at all times. Additional TV boxes from Virgin media can be ordered for an extra fee, circa £30 per month with 400 channels.

Water softener is installed for everyone's benefit with weekly top ups of salt pellets, lovely soft water which makes a huge difference when showering, washing clothes and doing the dishes.

House rules: Keep tidy and quiet down after 10.30pm to be considerate to neighbours. The house is a place to relax and unwind.
