Cosy character terraced cottage between Penzance town and the promenade. 
The living room with open beams and granite feature is down stairs. It leads through to a kitchen and then on to the downstairs toilet. There is a vary small back yard with enough room to hang the washing. There are two bedrooms up stairs each big enough for a double bed.  

The property is not large. It would a single person or a couple or a single parent with a child. We do not usually accept pets but we be happy to discuss this. We only accept smokers who do not smoke in the house.  We have owned the house for 40 years and we have had many happy tenants in that time and look forward to finding someone who will add to the cottage's history.
