This three Bedroom Stone cottage is only available to rent from 28th October until mid March 2024.

The cottage is fully furnished and includes crockery and cutlery etc. The price includes all your electricity, water, rates and wi-fi. It also includes unlimited heating (we have a low-cost heating system so are happy for you to have the heating on 24 hours a day if you wish at no extra cost).

You will also get free use of an indoor heated pool just 2 miles away during your stay.

This cottage is one of several converted barns in a pleasant south facing courtyard. The cottage has three bedrooms, an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom.
The sitting room is cosy, with a rug on a slate floor, wood burning stove and doors to a private patio with garden furniture. The sitting room also has a 50″ LCD TV and a DVD player. The cottage also has its own Wi-Fi and a smart TV so you can watch catchup TV and YouTube or your favourite Netflix or Amazon programmes (if you have an account for them).

There is a spacious farmhouse style fitted kitchen with a large dining table, large fridge and a large freezer, plus a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and an oven.

On the first floor is a large double bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of light from the windows to the front and rear of the room. It also has an en-suite shower room/W.C. There are also two twin bedded rooms which share the use of a separate bathroom/W.C. The cottage has views over the countryside and also of the stable yard where the horses are kept. There is private courtyard at the rear of the cottage with a garden table and chairs, plus seating at the front of the cottage to get the morning sun.

There is a laundry room that guests can use, plus we have a childrens playground and indoor playroom that you can use.

Please note that there will be an additional charge of £200 per month for utilities. This includes unlimited heating , plus electricity , water and council tax.
