**TENANT REQUIRED - MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY**

The small cosy single room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and one shelf. Bedding is provided and will be washed on a regular basis by the landlord as well as vacuuming and dusting if you require.

The single room measures at 75 inches across, 99 inches in length. There is storage space in the loft if required. Super Fast Fibre Broadband is available and included in the rent.

Pet free, smoke free home. There are 2 children who stay 3 nights a fortnight in the other bedroom of this 3 bed house. This will be on the weekends it's unavailable so you wouldn't see them (there maybe occasional weekdays they stay but they are problem free and under 6 years old). You can leave all your stuff in the room during the weekend.

You will be sharing the property with the landlord who is a professional 31 year old male who works during the day on weekdays.

Off street parking available (Double driveway at front of property) in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Property is close to M4, M5 and M32 Motorways, Aztec West, Airbus, Rolls-Royce, MoD Cribbs Causeway, Southmead Hospital and many other large companies.

Train station walking distance and bus links near enough on the door step.

All bills included £395pm or £95pw if preferred payment.
