Room in a Shared House, Mayflower Road, AL2

I am renting my lovely double room with a 4' bed and loads of storage in my clean and tidy home. I live here myself and it's a friendly happy household with a good atmosphere. I have cats, so a cat friendly tenant is essential 😻

About the facilities; You will have a modern bathroom with a power shower mostly to yourself. There is a Smart TV with Freeview in the bedroom, eat-in kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and you will have use of a home gym (at your own risk) and the garden.

There is free Wifi and parking on the road outside the house.

I am looking for a non smoker with a friendly disposition to join the household.

The home is kosher so you will need to be either kosher (I can explain this) or vegetarian, white fish is also fine but no crustaceans.

£695 per month inclusive of bills and household basics, toilet roll, kitchen roll, hand soap, tinfoil, clingfilm etc.
