The space

It's a spacious flat on the second floor, which has been completely refurbished. There's a buzzer entry system and its a secure, quiet block with good neighbours. Please note there are stairs, no lift.

There's a large, bright living area with a comfortable sofa, and also a bay window seating area. Breakfast bar that has 4 seats and modern mounted wall radiators throughout.
The kitchen has an electric oven & hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and all the dinnerware, cutlery and utensils you would expect. Tea, coffee and some nibbles are provided.
The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, Smart TV with freeview, hair dryer, a sliding wardrobe cupboard with hangers and a modern electric wall heater. The 2nd bedroom is the same, but without the TV.
The bathroom is spotless with toilet, sink and large shower.
Shampoo and towels are provided. Wall mounted towel heater.
There's fast wifi broadband so you can use your devices for the internet. We have a 55 inch smart TV with freeview only, if you're not too busy exploring Paisley, Glasgow, Loch Lomond or anywhere else the West Of Scotland has to offer.
