Room in a Shared House, Grange Avenue, TQ4

I'm looking for a reliable new lodger/s, single or a couple, considerate, clean living and non-smoking.  I have a big house in a quiet drive near the beach at Goodrington near Paignton with a room now available. It is a cosy upstairs bedroom and with a sunny living room/kitchen and use of a studio room and access to a good garden. Not ensuite but a good bathroom. There is also a utility room where furntiure could be stored. Rent is £550 pcm which includes all bills and use of the internet, cooker and washing machine. It is a few minutes walk to local shops and the beach, with space on the driveway for one more car. It is a house share, just me a couple of lady ex-carers. And my daughter comes home from Uni for holidays. I also have a puppy, a year old, she is very sweet but energetic so it is important that you like dogs.
