Fully furnished 2 bedroom cottage, mid terrace in a row of 4 cottages in a quiet location. 

Paignton town centre, the bus and train station are only a 5 minute walk. Goodrington beach is a 5 minute walk and the zoo and Morrisons is a 10 minute walk. 

The house is close to both curledge street and hayes road schools. 

There is no parking outside the house but there is plenty of free parking in all nearby roads, I've never had a problem parking there in 10 years I've been there. 

There is a convenience shop at the end of the road. 

The rooms are spacious , and they offer plenty of storage with walk in cupboards and 2 out door sheds. There is a back yard which is big enough for a small table and chairs and is great to catch the sun in the summer. 
Its a lot bigger inside than it looks on the outside.
