This room is on the first floor of a family home, it's spacious, modern, very well presented, and is available to move into immediately (subject to references) 

We are looking for a female tenant (preferably) for a 6 month contract, and have the following strict rules which would have to be observed:

-No non-halal meat to be consumed on the property
-No alcohol to be consumed on the property 
-No visitors allowed
