South Park is within walking distance, the city center is a 20-minute walk away, and the bus stand is just a 3-minute stroll, with St Clement’s nearby for buses to London or Heathrow.

I'm reluctantly leaving due to a new opportunity; otherwise, I'd have loved to stay. The room is available for a tenancy replacement until August 2024, with the option to renew. Professionals are preferred, as students will need to share the council tax burden. Urgent replacement is needed to allow time for paperwork and verification by RMA Properties.
