A nice house in Florence Park. The house and garden offer a tranquil, clean and tidy environment so it'll be well suited for someone looking for a peaceful relaxed home. There's a beautiful park around the corner, Flo's cafe and the Jolly Post Boys pub are minutes’ walk away.
Bills are included in the rental price.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a cosy lounge, south west facing garden , a (soon to be) deck with outdoor table and chairs, a kitchen with washing machine. The advertised room has a desk, wardrobe, drawers and a double bed.
The room is for one person and it’s available from 8th April, flexibility on moving in is available. Current tenant will be moving to Headington closer to work place. One month’s rent in advance will be required, but I can be flexible on this.

There is plenty of on street parking right outside the house (permit needed) on a quiet road. There is also secure under-cover space for 1 bicycle per person.
We have good broadband wireless coverage in the house and garden.

1 min walk to The Jolly Post Boys pub
2 min walk to Florence park
5 min walk to a Pure Gym and nearby stores including Sainsbury’s, Costa, TK Maxx

20 min walk to Iffley Road sports centre (pool & gym)

Here's a bit of info about the me: I’m originally from Thailand, born in London. I moved from London to Oxford in 2007 and I'm a product manager currently working for a urology Med tech company.
