Room in a Shared House, Bullingdon Road, OX4

I am moving out of the house in March, and I’m looking for someone to replace me. The house is managed by the landlord and all of the bills are included in the rent (advertised for 12 months, however shorter contracts may be available if discussed with landlord). The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a desk; it also has an in-built wardrobe and over desk storage. There are two bathrooms in the house. The upstairs bathroom is shared between three people. There is no living room and the main shared area is the kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. There are also shared pots and pans and plenty of storage space. There is access to a large garden, and areas to leave bicycles. There is parking available outside the house, however an East Oxford parking permit is required. You can also apply for visitor parking permits. The house is shared with young professionals/students. Located closed to Tesco and Sainsbury’s, as well as restaurants and pubs in the main Cowley Road. Any questions, please contact me.
