Bills are included as well as access to Netflix and Disney+

The house itself is pretty big and features a nicely sized kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave and a large front room that looks on to the garden and patio.

Neighbourly street. Respectful, quiet, friendly with a woodland park nearby. Parking Available on non-busy street/close.

I'm a working professional, into health & fitness, keep to myself- own a cat that sleeps in my room. Open to people with pets- just not another cat.
