Fully furnished double room in a shared Flat.
This double room has access to a fully equipped shared kitchen including a washing machine and dryer, microwaves and all other cooking utensils, ironing board and hoover. There is 1 shower room and a main bathroom with a bath which are both shared. Also have access to 2 toilets.
The room has it's own balcony, a double bed, wardrobe, tap & sink. Shared kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, steam iron, fridge/freezer, kettle,  cupboards, cutleries, plates/cups/saucers. We have free bills and free WIFI.
Please note that this is a split level apartment/Flat located on the 2nd and 3rd Floor.
We have a patio with garden table parasol where smoking is allowed outside of the shared kitchen.
The apartment is accessed via one set of stairs from the street and then there is another set inside splitting the apartment over 2 levels.
Bus stop is 2 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk to St Mary Cray train station (25 minutes to London). Convenience Store, Hair dresser/Beauty Shop, is 1 minute walk.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
Prospect tenants For A Viewing are required to inform us the time of arrival 1 hour prior to their arrival , by contacting through a phone call.

Please refrain from making loud noises in your room, if its possible use headphones if you want it loud.
Parties or other events and loud music are not allowed.

Smoking is allowed in the terrace but not inside the premises.

Pets are not allowed.

We have zero tolerance for any inappropriate behaviour and undesirable conduct.

You are obliged to carefully treat the amenities of the apartment as well as technical equipment and installations. Any damages must be compensated.

We don't allow hammering of nails, hooks or putting any sticky tapes on the walls or anywhere without consent.
