Happy to sign up groups of 3-5 students.  The property has just been re-licenced for a further 5 years as an HMO so is of a high standard compared to many other private rental properties.  There are 5 bedrooms, one has a single bed and 4 have doubles.  The house is well equipped and well decorated.  The landlord is very responsive and immediately fixes anything that is broken/not working.  The kitchen has fridge/freezer and additional fridge, built in microwave, oven and grill plus plenty of storage.  There is a communal lounge off the kitchen as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus downstairs toilet.  Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower over the bath and a further toilet.  The rent is all inclusive of bills elec/gas, United Utilities, Superfast Broadband but no TV licence.  There is off street parking for 1 car and street parking readily available outside the house.  The back garden is ideal for BBQs and sunbathing as its very private and comes equipped with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.  Contract rent varies on room size between £90-£120 per week.  This is a nice and warm house, well kept and fully enjoyed by previous groups over the past 14 years.  Book early to save disappointment.
