Terms and Conditions:

There is a Utility Charge £50 per week which includes all gas, electric, water usage, weekly cleaning, and change of linens.

The rental payment should be paid four weeks in advance. 

First rental payment must be cleared funds before commencement of tenancy agreement is signed.

Security Deposit of £500 to be retained by landlord until departure and inspection of property.

We require tenants to give four week notice before departure.
