A great size double room is available for immediate entry in a cosy house close to the city centre. We are currently looking for a friendly and tidy housemate, either mature students or young professionals to share the lovely house.

The property is located in Sneinton area, just about 15 minutes walk to the city centre and 10 minutes walk to the Nottingham train station. Bus 43, 44 and city link service offers easy ride to get out and about. Free off street parking is available and permit is not required.

Quiet and friendly neighbourhood, various corner shops and supermarkets are only a couple of minutes away. Virgin Active Sports Club is only a few minutes away on foot. The Colwick Country Park is also within walking distance. The fantastic location offers great convenience for everyday life.

The house has laminated flooring throughout, and carpets for the stairs.  All the furniture and household electrical goods are at good quality. 2 fridge-freezers, new dishwasher & washing machine, new hob & oven fitted, all cooking equipment supplied, and Virgin Media speedy wifi available.  

The room is featured with a double bed that ensures maximum comfort, warmth and softness. 

The room is also equipped with a desk and an office chair, clothes rail, chest drawer, as well as a wardrobe. And it comes with its own access to the house.

The rent: £405/ month, including rent/Council Tax/Wifi/Building Insurance, & Water (reasonable usage))

Energy Bill: Gas & Electricity are on meters, shared equally and paid on top of the rent each month. Roughly £40 (summer) to £90 (extreme cold winter) on top of the rent and this is the only additional charge on top of the rent. All other bills are included. 

Lease Requirement:

- Long-term lease preferred, min 6 months

- One month’s rent as security deposit

- Rent always paid up front.

- Credit check and reference as well as guarantor may be required prior to entry.
