The rent: £405/ month, including rent/Council Tax/Wifi/Building Insurance, & Water (reasonable usage))

 

Energy Bill: Gas & Electricity are on meters, shared equally and paid on top of the rent each month. Roughly £40 (summer) to £90 (extreme cold winter) on top of the rent and this is the only additional charge on top of the rent. All other bills are included. 

 

Lease Requirement:

 

- Long-term lease preferred, min 6 months

- One month’s rent as security deposit

- Rent always paid up front.
