Room to rent in a quiet village surrounded by fields. Walking distance to local amenities shops, gym, pubs, Chinese and Indian restaurants. Good bus network. 
Please note I do have children so a CRB will need to be done and preferably reference (negotiable) depending on situation. 
Shared garden, kitchen and lounge area perfect opportunity to anybody in a rut starting a fresh or needing to work things out. 
Use of washer/ dryer can accommodate if you have children at weekends and use all facilities we have. 
Preferably people who are working. 
I do work and most evening we are out at a club/ sport/ gym and every other weekend the kids go to there dads so will be some quiet time.
