Room in a Shared House, Arthur Street, NG7

I am looking for a female University student preferably attending Nottingham Trent University to share a house with another 5 female students.

The house is a stone's throw away from the Nottingham Trent University City campus on Shakespeare Street and the City centre.

The house is located in the popular student area of Arboretum.

The house itself is a very large 6 bedroom Victorian Semi detached house with a large front living room and a very large modern kitchen diner area. There is also 2 bathrooms and a utility room. 

In the bedroom there is a double bed with mattress, Double Wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

Location wise, the tram is literally on your doorstep and there is a 5 minute walk to the local sainsbury's store.
