Less than 1km from the motorpoint arena, we cater for your concert and ice hockey needs. Nottingham castle is only 1.7km away to discover the rich history of Nottingham. Only 2.5km away from the city ground and meadow lane, we are the go to accommodation when travelling for a football filled weekend. Trent bridge is also 2.7km away which appeals to many cricket fans that we host. Placed in the heart of Nottingham, we give many options to our guest for activities throughout their stay.

Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a stylish and inviting living room. The space is furnished with contemporary furniture and features a cosy sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, perfect for relaxation or socialising with friends and family. The room is well-lit with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Please note that there is also a lamp when you need a bit of ambiance in the evenings.

For your convenience, the house comes with modern amenities, including a 43 inch smart TV with netflix, good quality internet access, and a well-appointed work desk for those who need to catch up on work or stay connected.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. The kitchen boasts brand new appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. There is also countertop space for meal preparation and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.

We also provide use of a washing machine (integrated within the kitchen), ironing board (with iron) and an airer so that you can do pieces of laundry should you need to.

*Zip and link beds - each room features two single beds (you will find them made up this way) which guests can push together, zip together and link together, to create a luxurious king-sized bed. Instructions on how to do this easy process will be provided.
