£230 per part week for a double room (some pesonal items such as clothes, pictures ornaments etc, maybe left throughout the full week during your term)

Bedroom sized 13'x10'9" with wardrobes and cupboard space.

Use of large shared bathroom with enclosed (power) shower.

Use of Large Kitchen/Sitting room with communal TV.

Use of shared Utility with washing machine there is also a small Fridge Freezer for your own use.

Access to lots of the rear garden, access also to the 7 Acres of the private gated River fronted shared communal grounds and use of the Tennis court.

Plently of parking space on the road just outside the property.


Situated on the edge of the countryside just 20 minutes from Norwich City centre, in a sought after neighbourhood.

Comes with private access to 7 acres of gated private shared grounds, including use of tennis court, and a long stretch of Riverside frontage to a beautful part of the River Wensum with fishing and boating rights, (non engine powered).There are some worthy fish if you have the patience and skills to tempt them to see you.

Taking a canoe kayak or paddle board up or down stream is a delight for your soul, the majority of the surrounding scenery is natural and rich with wild life if you care to look for it, although you may also find it hard to miss.

In the heat of the summer you could simply Chillout in the garden under the considerably cooler shade from magnificent Copper Beech trees.

Or; Pop into the vibrant City centre and take in a show at one of the theatre playhouse or find one of the many hidden shops and tea rooms.

Equally the property is well situated for a lovely 40 minutes scenic countryside drive to some of the best parts of the many Norfolk Coast spots.
