The house located 1.8 miles from the Norwich and Norfolk hospital, which is about 7 minutes drive and 2.8 miles from the University of East Anglia . There is no traffic in those directions. Direct bus service and dedicated bicycle lane are also a great convenience.

Dry secure bicycle storage is available at the front of the house.

Norfolk Showground and Norwich Southern bypass are also under 10 minutes drive.  

Two professionals (female and male) live in the house at the moment.
