In the heart of Norwich’s Golden Triangle, my house is ideally located between the city centre and the University and hospital, both within walking distance or short bus rides. Close to popular Unthank Road, where amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and two small supermarkets (there’s a Tesco and a Co-op both less than five minutes walk away). Bus stops N25 for the train station and N26 and the UEA and hospital are close by.

I am looking to rent to a female professional. You would be sharing just with me; I work from home and don’t have any pets. You will have use of a comfortable, very quiet double bedroom at the back of a Victorian terrace house with a luxurious king-size bed.
My house is small and I like peace and quiet. Quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, and no guests.
