Your commitments
We're asking for £2100 for the whole property, so the split could be 3 people at £525 each and one paying £395 for the small room (bills NOT included eg Council tax [about 1500/yr for this house, if applicable]), but the exact split can be decided amongst your group. We don't mind a couple in the group (ie divide £2100 some other way, leave the small bedroom empty as dressing room/office/for guests) BUT legally we can't have more than 4 residents total.

LOCATION:
In Thorpe Hamlet, a nice residential neighbourhood, a popular, quiet sunny residential street near large food shops, 10 min walk to the station, on bus route and close to the city, cathedral and NUA. small cafe and corner shop both v near. Beryl share bikes/scooters 1 min away. 3 min stroll to Ketts Hill and the Mousehold estate - a huge green space which has great running trails, walks etc. 
ABOUT US:
The house is privately owned and was done up by our family, and our philosophy is pretty simple - nice houses for nice people :)
...so we've spent lots of time thinking about how to make the house both practical and nice for sharers to live in.

ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for a group of friendly renters who ideally know each other already and are keen to sign a single 12 month contract (available from 28 Sept). Buddy ups, relocating families and/or one pet MIGHT still be considered for the right group.

Management: Referencing etc may be done through an agency, but otherwise Britannia Road is managed directly by us.
