Looking for a quality share house with loads of space? We have a home with 3 big rooms in Thorpe Hamlet- available from 17 July! PLEASE READ this ad THOROUGHLY before messaging, to save us both time.  

THE HOUSE:
3 Double bedrooms (slightly larger downstairs one not pictured, see floor plan), 2 new bathrooms, office, brand new kitchen, lovely lounge opening onto sunny south-facing deck and nice sunny garden.

The entire house has just been renovated top to bottom (we are nearly finished !! so more pics here soon and we will add a bit more storage/hanging space in bedrooms) with age 25+ sharers and work-from-home in mind so the bedrooms are all large and there's a dedicated office/gaming space/quiet room for you to share upstairs. Sunny garden, nice deck, new gas fire in lounge for the wintertime, etc. Free on-street parking in side streets nearby.  

Your commitments
We're asking for £1680 for the whole property, so the split could be 3 people at £560 each (bills NOT included eg Council tax [about 1500/yr for this house, if applicable]), but the exact split can be decided amongst your group. We don't mind a couple in the group but legally we can't have more than 4 residents total.

LOCATION:
In Thorpe Hamlet, a nice residential neighbourhood, near large food shops, 10 min walk to the station, on bus route and close to the city, cathedral and NUA. small cafe opposite. Beryl share bikes/scooters 1 min away. 3 min stroll to Ketts Hill and the Mousehold estate - a huge green space which has great running trails, walks etc.

ABOUT US:
The house is privately owned and was done up by our family, and our philosophy is pretty simple - nice houses for nice people :)
...so we've spent lots of time thinking about how to make the house both practical and nice for sharers to live in. Between us we've spent lots of time living in house shares or renting so we feel like we've used that experience to help.

ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for a group of friendly renters who ideally know each other already and are keen to sign a single 12 month contract (available from 14 July). Buddy ups, relocating families and/or one pet MIGHT still be considered for the right group.

Management: Referencing etc may be done through an agency, but otherwise Plumstead Road is managed directly by us.
