THE AREA
Quiet neighbourhood with a strong sense of community. On bus route to city, 8-minute walk to Waitrose, 10-minute cycle to UEA (much on off-road cycle path), 10-minute drive to hospital for medical staff, plus easy walks to Marston Marshes, shops, and pubs.

Prefer a family, professional couple, or 2-3 professionals who know one another. Would also consider 2-3 mature post-graduate students who already know one another. We regret we are unable to host more than 3 adults. Rent INCLUDES COUNCIL TAX, wi-fi, cleaner, gardener, gas/electric. We are an academic family on sabbatical, so tenancy must end by June 15, 2024 when we return.
