We are looking for a tenant who will pass advanced referencing, respect the property and neighbours, pay rent on time and hopes to find a new “home”. 

We think the layout is best suited to a single, couple or family. The smaller size of the second bedroom and one bathroom doesn’t lend itself well to friends sharing. 

Our insurance requires advanced referencing, which includes: Affordability checks, CCJs, Credit Check, landlord/employment references. These are non negotiable - non negotiable.
