Room in a Shared Flat, Northwood, HA6

Double room available for rent in Northwood, a 7 minute walk from Northwood station. The whole flat was refurbished last year. Roughly £150 per month for all bills; including 1gb ultra high speed broadband, council tax, water and heating etc. I'm a 31yo male that works in the city, looking for another professional. I have a cleaner come in every 2 weeks anyway, but keeping the kitchen/bathroom clean in between is a must. Can't have partners staying over all the time.
