The rooms and house are furnished to a high standard with new flooring and decorating throughout. Each room benefits from a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.
The house is also equipped with ‘Super-Fast’ Fibre Optic Broadband and there is a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal areas – all included in the price.
