Hello! We have a 3 bedroom property available from mid September.

The property is located on a quiet street in North Wingfield in a friendly community. There is a corner shop one minute walk away, Tesco 5 minute drive and 10 minutes to the M1.

Bedroom 1 is on the front of the house with a large free standing triple wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 faces the garden.

Bedroom 3 is in the attic down it’s own small hallway and up some stairs. It is bright and airy.

All bedrooms share one bathroom on the ground floor. Maximum of 3 tenants, no couples and no pets.

Rent is payable on the 1st of each month. Additionally to this the bills are paid weekly at £27 direct to a company who manages this for you, for all inclusive gas, electric, water and broadband.

We pay the council tax, there will be a bi weekly cleaner for the communal areas and gardener.

All our bedrooms have a double bed with memory foam mattresses, desk, chair and wardrobe.

There is a large kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. Microwave, kettle and toaster are provided. There is plenty of cupboard storage and an induction hob and electric oven. There is a pantry for extra storage.

There is a shared communal living room with sofas, coffee table and TV.

To the back there is a large fenced off garden.

This property benefits from on street parking, and is a quiet neighbourhood. There is also a car park on the adjacent street a few seconds walk away. We would ask that tenants only use one parking space on the street outside the house and the others park in the car park to respect the long-standing parking agreement with the neighbours.

We are looking for housemates who are clean, tidy and professional.

All applicants will be required to provide references and credit checks will be performed. We are experienced and professional landlords and are considerate and fair towards our tenants.

The property has a newly installed fire system and fire doors and is council compliant.

One months rent is required as a deposit which is fully refundable on departure subject to a full exit inventory.
