You are renting one large furnished double bedroom. On the ground floor is your own large lounge with an inglenook fireplace and a wood burning stove. There is separate wc. The kitchen and main bathroom  are shared.  The views are stunning. The cottage is built on a hill and access requires you to climb a number of steps. You need to be physically fit and have a car to live here. The room is for 1 person only, male of female without a pet. You will be sharing with male professional in his 50`s. You need to be physically fit as access is via steps. One months rent is required as deposit and rent is payable monthly in advance and includes all bills. References are required. Short term lets considered.
