I have a very large, bright, newly decorated double room available to rent. It is 10ft x 15ft, there is plenty of room to have a small sofa, or a desk, even a small fridge too, should you want it. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a double bed with a built-in TV.

The house is close to the centre of town
2 minute walk to the bus station
15-minute walk from the train station
It is an easy commute to Exeter and Torquay/Paignton.

Torbay hospital 15mins drive/25 mins by bus
RD&E hospital 25 mind drive/50 mins by bus

There is on-road parking, which would require a council parking permit £35 per year.

It will be myself and my  cat in the house. I run my own business from home, so I'm always around.
