We are happy to be able to offer rooms in a shared house in a central newquay location for the summer period. All bills are included, inclusive of high speed fibre internet. £175 per week. 

All rooms are equipped with double or king size beds, tv, and clothes storage. The property benefits from 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, aswell as a second kitchenette and utility space. There is a hot outdoor shower from returns from the beach. 

The property is within a 3 minute walk from both the closest beach, and 2 car parks. There is some street parking close by. 

There is 1 rooms available in the property immediately, and another 3 will become available on the 12th on June. We will be returning from travelling on the last week of August, and will require 3 of the rooms to be vacated at this point. There is a possibility for 1 room to remain on a long term let.
